- Team Leadership: Ability to lead teams located in multiple locations (near-shore, off-shore); limited travel may be required.
- Industry Knowledge: Business process knowledge in one or more of the target sectors, and a technical background in one or more of the following themes: Digital Applications (Web or Mobile), Application Transformation, Data & Analytics, and IT Governance.
- Consulting Skills: High consulting skills and commercial affinity.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Attitude: Entrepreneurial and pragmatic.
- Certifications: Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince II, Agile, SAFe; certifications are welcome.
- Learning Aptitude: Eager to learn and explore new technologies.
